GROWTH-LEADERSHIP is the Training Department set up by GROWTH SOLUTIONS SARL, a firm specializing in professional skills training, coaching and business consulting. Created in 2021 in Yaoundé by Dr Joseph-Alain BATOUAN, it is gradually establishing itself in the sub-region.
The Firm offers international-level expertise, the result of more than 15 years of experience accumulated by its founder, Mr. Joseph-Alain BATOUAN, in the fields of organizational audit, managerial restructuring, and training; and with international institutions and donors and their partners (GIZ, European Union, World Bank, IRU-UN, etc.). This expertise is capitalized on for the benefit of companies and managers by the care of a team of competent and dynamic consultants with a perfect knowledge of the challenges of managerial performance within organizations.
In order to remain aligned with international standards, the Firm continually consolidates its achievements through Certifications and high-quality partnerships (with the Maxwell Leadership Team, People’s Keys, EQUIP, etc.) proven tools and programs developed CUSTOMIZED to guarantee the profitability and growth of its clientele.
The firm currently supports several business leaders in optimizing their productivity and profitability, and managers in developing their leadership and professional growth.
Since March 2021, as part of its CSR policy, it trains more than 1,000 young people each year in leadership values and academic and professional orientation, through workshops and dedicated program
